Product must not be damaged in any way to qualify for a full refund. All refunds will be sent to the address provided at purchase in the form of a check.

Damages in Transit

If the product is damaged during delivery Inertia Wave, will exchange a new one for no additional charge. Please send a photo of any damages to emma@sweet7.co.nz along with your name, order number, and contact information. A representative will contact you within 5 business days.
